Research On The Index System Of Mobile Health Application Based On The AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

When the mobile health application facilitates personal health management,it also brings some issues that includes high risk of remote medical diagnosis,users' privacy protection,difficult to verify the authenticity of information,false medical advertising and hard to deal with disputes.What's more,the reputation of doctor and hospital and user's experience would be greatly influenced.In order to improve the service experience,this paper has summarized the index that affects the experience of mobile health application through literature review.Combined with the questionnaire,a system including 1 target layer,9 principal layers and 39 index layers has been made.On the basis of the system,2 rounds of anonymous questionnaire survey were conducted on12 experts,and that it is adjusted to 1 target layer,10 principal layers and 46 index layers based on the experts' opinion.The weight and order are also computed by analytic hierarchy process at the same time.On the application of the model,the biggest mobile health application in China named Chunyuyisheng is used to research in this paper.After setting 3 comment sets and collecting 102 valid questionnaires,two grade evaluation results have been got through fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.As is shown,most people have a positive effect on the Chunyuyisheng.But it needs to make more effort in marketing strategy,use of special groups,information auditing and the accessibility of other device.If the mobile health application wants to develop further,it should make more progress in these area so as to enhance the quality of e-health services more effectively.
