The Computer-Aided Diagnosis System Of TCM Standardization Of Cerebral Infarction

Obiective:Through the project "the research of TCM standardization of cerebral infarction",we have formulated a preliminary diagnosis and classification standardization of syndrome in TCM of cerebral infarction(the Preliminary standardization).On the basis of the formulated standardization,with an in-depth study of theoretical analysis and clinical validation,we want to revise the older standardization,and made a better one,which can more accodrd with actual clinical facts.At the same time,on the basis of the developing new standardization,we will design a computer-aided diagnosis system of TCM standardization of cerebral infarction(the CAD system).We will continue to improve and optimize the CAD system,make a high degree of anastomosis between the automatic diagnosis and the human confirmed diagnosis,and ultimately develope a fine CAD system of TCM standardization of cerebral infarction.The CAD system can provide scientific reference for clinicians,offer new methods and tools to continue the original project and contribute to the realization of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:1On the basis of the Preliminary standardization,which formulated in the project "the research of TCM standardization of cerebral infarcion",we will design a computer-aided diagnosis system of syndrome in TCM of cerebral infarction.2 Collect 112 cases of acute cerebral infarction.By inputing these clinical data to the CAD system,we can debug the procedure,improve and optimize our system.3 Analyse the accordance of the three diagnosis:the automatic diagnosis(A),the human preliminary diagnosis(M),and the human confirmed diagnosis(the expert diagnosis)(F).With the human confirmed diagnosis as reference standards,we continue to modify the preliminary standardization,and amend the diagnostic procedures of the CAD system.We can ultimately institute a developed diagnosis and classification standardization of syndrome in TCM of cerebral infarction(the developed standardization),and design a fine CAD system with highly automatic diagnosis rate,which can provide scientific reference for clinicians. Results:1 On the basis of the project "the research of TCM standardization of cerebral infarction",through an in-depth study of theoretical analysis and clinical validation,we finally institute a developed diagnosis and classification standardization of syndrome in TCM of cerebral infarction(the developed standardization).2 Our study integrate the older project’s production,the preliminary diagnosis and classification standardization of syndrome in TCM of cerebral infarction with advanced computer technology.Through the efforts,we have designed the computer-aided diagnosis system of TCM standardization of cerebral infarction successfully.3 The accordance of diagnosis rate in our study:With the human confirmed diagnosis (the expert diagnosis) as reference standards,on all cases,the system’s automatic diagnosis anastomosis rate are:accuracy anastomosis rate of 74.11%,fuzzy anastomosis rate of 99.11 percent.It has reached a satisfactory goal.4 The overall anastomosis diagnosis rate of individual syndrome in TCM:the rate of the five syndrome in TCM of cerebral infarction(feng-yu zheng,yin-xu zheng,qi-xu zheng,huo-re zheng,tan-shizheng)are:accuracy anastomosis rate:100%,91.07%,91.07%,95.53%,91.07%,93.75%on average,and fuzzy anastomosis rate:99.82%on average,nearly 100%.5 The average anastomosis diagnosis rate of multi -type syndrome in TCM:accuracy anastomosis rate 68.17%,fuzzy anastomosis rate 99.11%.We can see that the system’s anastomosis rate of multi-type syndrome in TCM is significantly lower than that of individual syndrome in TCM.This conclusion is also consistent with the actual clinical fact. How to improve the anastomosis rate in complicated cases and make the CAD system more intelligent is our new aim in later study.Significance:After clinical data verification,the system’s automatic diagnosis are highly accord with the expert’s diagnosis.The CAD system can provide scientific reference for clinicians,be a good reference tool that can effectively avoid misdiagnosis,thereby improving the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.It also lay a new foundation for the in-depth study of TCM standardization of cerebral infarction.
