Chronic Gastritis In TCM Diagnosis And The Law Medicine Clinical Used.

The Chronic Gastritis refers to the chronic inflammation or atrophic change of gastritis mucous membrane that is caused by different reasons.It has high incidence rate,which grows as patients ages.There are over 90%of those who accept the stomach endoscopical examining are patients of this disease.Therefore,CG was chosen as my research subject. According to Chinese medicine,CG belongs to the categories of "stomachache" and "distention and fullness" etc..TCM has the theory to treat the patient according to the syndromes and takes some certain advantages in CG.The purpose of this study is to explore TCM and medicine applications in the process of medical treatment on chronic gastritis,so that to reveal chronic gastritis TCM-law of the evolution of complex syndromes,related Chinese Traditional Medicine applications,and provide a useful reference for future research.MethodThis study was to adopt a unified questionnaire survey.300 patients with chronic gastritis who visit the Chinese medical clinics of Nanjing Provicial Hospital are selected for investigation.Every four consecutive visits by one patient is diagnosed as one period of observation.The information collected will be put in the database and then analysed by the SPSS10.0 statistical analysis software package so to find the,evolution of the distribution of syndromes and complex syndromes from Chronic gastritis.On the other hand,from the four consecutive visits of the 300 patients,there are a total of 763 out-patient clinics.The prescription medication is analysed statistically to explore the rule of using Chinese Traditional Medicine to cure Chronic gastritis.ResultsBy collecting 300 cases of patients with chronic gastritis,through statistical treatment,it is found that there are six major syndromes for chronic gastritis.The distribution frequency from high to low are the Piweiqixu syndrome,Ganweibuhe syndrome,Piweishire syndrome,Weiyinbuzu syndorme,Qiyinliangxu syndrome,and Piweixuhan syndrome.The results show that the evolution of chronic gastritis may be from the deficiency to the excess syndrome,from the excess syndrome to the deficiency;and can also be cold to heat,Yinxu to Qixu into the phenomenon.It embodies the pathogenesis of chronic gastritis and overlaps the complexity of the syndrome.At the same time it also suggests that chronic gastritis direction to the evolution of the complex symptoms of a trend that frequently manifests itself on the strength of inclusions,cold and heat multiple situation.In sickness the transformation,the concurrently syndromes is the heat stagnation.Explains the chronic gastritis facilitation hot characteristic.The prompt should uses cautiously with warm help and protect the WeiYin at the treatment chronic gastritis.After statistics computation,concurrently syndromes(i.e.Qi stagnation,heat stagnation, damp-heat and blood stasis) the appearance frequency occupies this research chronic gastritis card 40.63%,the Piweiqixu more easier concurrently Qi stagnation syndrome,and Ganweibuhe is heat stagnation syndrome.There are most common concurrently syndromes in the chronic gastritis,should give to take.The most commonly used prescriptions for treatment of chronic gastritis were Liujunzi Tang(up to 196 frequency) and Chaihushuganshan(up to 178 frequency).The results showed that the Spleen and Shuganliqi treatments are two major,treatments on chronic gastritisStatistics shows that Liujunzi Tang is much used in the Piweiqixu syndorome,the rest is Sijunzitang and Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang;Chaihusuganshan is used for Ganweibuhe,the rest is Erchen Tang,Sinisan,Xiangsushan,Zuojinwan,exc;Piweishire syndrome use Erchen Tang and the rest is Pingweisan,Huopuxialing Tang,Banxiahoupu Tang,Banxiaxiexin Tang;Shashen Maidong Tang is used a lot for Weiyinbuzu,and others are Shaoyaoganchao Tang f,Yiwei Tang,etc.;Astragalus is majorly used for Piweixuhan,and others are Lizhong Tang;To treat Qiyinliangxu Syndrome,Shaoyaoganchao Tang is extensively used, others are SijunziTang,Shashen Maidong Tang.It is found that Yiqi,Liqi,,Qingre,Zaoshi,Xiaoshi herb are most frequently used for treatment of Chronic gastritis.This shows that the treatment of chronic gastritis mainly Jianpiliqi,qingreXiaoshidauzhi for the treatment,base on the theory.Through all the major permits the use of high-frequency analysis,the syndrome will be the most-high-frequency of the top two herb combined one.The herb of choice:Taizishen,Baishu,Zhike,Baishao,Huanglian,Chenpi,Maidong,Gancao,Banxia, Foshou,Shenqu.This roughly from the five prescriptions modified from that Liujunzi Tang, zhishutang,Sinisan,Erchen Tang,Maimendong Tang.Those are Yiqi,Liqi,Yangyin,Qingre, Chaoshi xiaoshi way,which is very consistent with the treatment of chronic gastritis complex symptoms.The study concluds that the main pathogenesis of the type is fit,it can be said to the Treatment of Chronic the thrust of gastritis.
