Sulbactam pivoxil is a chemical synthesisβ-lactamase inhibitor, prodrug of sulbactam. In this thesis, study onβ-lactamase inhibitor, application of antibiotic mixed preparation and synthesis ofβ-lactamase inhibitor sulbactam pivoxil in recent years were summarized.Advantages and disadvantages of different technology ways were summed up.Based on it,a new technology ways of synthesis ofβ-lactamase inhibitor sulbactam pivoxil was designed. In this developed technology, salt of sodium sulbactam and chloromethyl pivalate were used as raw materials, dimethylformamide as solvent, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as catalyst, sulbactam pivoxil was synthesized at the temperature of 28℃, with a yield of 92.5%.Compared with reports in the literature, this technology had a powerful market competitive ability and perfect industrial future, because of its stable raw materials, high yield, simple technique and easy post-treatment.Otherwise,amoxicillin/sulbactam pivoxil dispersible tablets were also studied in this thesis. The prescription of amoxicillin/sulbactam pivoxil dispersible tablets was designed, disintegrants and diluents were selected, the determinate prescription was used chinese pharmaceutical as excipient.According to the content determination and dissolution rate determination method experiment, the content of amoxicillin and sulbactam pivoxil in dispersible tablets could be determination by HPLC. This method wa simple and precise for quality control of amoxicillin/sulbactam pivoxil dispersible tablets. The preparation technology of dispersible tablets was simple and had a perfect industrial future.
