Research On Antlipidic Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And The Active Of Platycodin To Lowing Hyperlepoproteinemia

Hyperlipaemia can induce serious cardiovascular diease.Previously,most of the drugs to lowing hyperlepoproteinemia on the market have a lot of problems:the effect can’t last long, drugs have many side effects and high drug dependency,limited in curing effects and so on..There are many records about antlipidic Chinese traditional medicines(CTM) in medical books in our country.CTMs are rich in resources and low in side effects.It makes very good sense to fred effective CTMs to take the place of synthetic medicine in antlipidic or decrease side effects of synthetic medicine.Modern researches indicate that Radix platycodonis can help to cure hyperlepoproteinemia. So it is important to do researches on Radix platycodonis extract to exploit new effective medicine to cure hyperlepoproteinemia.The dissertation is consitituted by following parts:(1) Try to establish a method for the determine 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A(HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitor activity in vitro by the high performance liquid chromatographic;(2) Selection active ones effect on HMG-CoA reductase from nearly 70 common Traditional Chinese medicines;(3) Separating effective component of Radix platycodonis extractions with macroporous resin and analysing qualitatively on the separated effective components;(4) Testing these effective components with animal models with hyperlepoproteinemia.Results are the followings:(1) A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the determine HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor activity in vitro.(2) We selected 10 Traditional Chinese medicines with high inhibiting effect on HMG-CoA reductase. (3) A good method was established for Radix platycodonis extractions.70%alcohol solution, the power of the ultrasonic 70%,extraction time 30 min,macroporous resin’s vol:extractions is 6. The component of the Radix platycodonis extractions is platycodin,platycodin content 88.56%.(4) Test on platycodin with animal models,we find the platycodin have significant effect on antlipidic.
