Clinical Research On Electroacupuncture And Point Injection Treating Prolapse Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Purpose:Get a systematic clinical observation on treating Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation with electroacupuncture plus point injection.Methods:60 patients are divided into two groups randomly,the observation group and the control group, each group consisting of 30 patients. The treatment of the observation group are electroacupuncture plus point injection,and the control group’s are needle warming therapy plus point injection,2 courses of treatment totally.Around the treatment of each group, the integral comparison carries on Pain scales, Quality-controlling scales and the curative effect of two group.Result:1. Comparison of Pain scales:After the treatment, the Pain scales of the two groups are reduced(p<0.01), there is obvious difference between the two groups(p<0.01). After the first course treatment, the Pain scales of the two groups are reduced(p<0.01), there is obvious difference between the two groups(p<0.01).2. Comparison of Quality-controlling scales:After the treatment, the Quality-controlling scales of the two groups are reduced(p<0.01), there is obvious difference between the two groups(p<0.01). 3. Comparison of clinical curative effects:Observation group total effectiveness is 93.3%, control group total effectiveness is 70%, there is obvious difference between the two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Two therapy all have clinical curative effects on improvement of clinical symptoms,physical sign and daily living skills of LDH.Moreover, and the clinical curative effects of electroacupuncture plus point injection is better than that of needle warming therapy plus point injection.2.On the hand of lightening pain, the electroacupuncture plus point injection is able to achieve more clinical curative effects in the early stage.
