| Objective:The purpose of this study is through patients of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery’s type (Dampness resistance network card) randomized controlled clinical study to observe the efficacy and safety of cervical spondylosis’s No.Ⅱparticles, and to explore the treatmental mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and methods of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery.Methods:According to treatment order and random number table,the patient of about 60 cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery (Dampness obstructing network card) randomized 1:1 to treatment group and control group. Treatment group to with No.Ⅱparticle of cervical spondylosis to treat, the control group with Jingfukang particles to treat,both of them treat about two weeks. To pre-treatment, treatment after 1 week and 2 week time point, the two groups were observed mainly in patients with signs and symptoms, symptoms, as well as whole blood viscosity and blood flow velocity changes, observation of its clinical efficacy, to explore its mechanism of action, and to observe the situation of adverse reactions.Results:After treatment, the patient of this two groups,who the point of major symptoms and signs with symptoms is reduced, blood viscosity is reduced and blood velocity is sped. After treatment,through statistical analysis, all changes of main points about symptoms and signs, symptoms, blood viscosity and blood velocity have statistical significant, Cervical spondylosis No.Ⅱparticles was superior to Jingfukang particle group (p<0.05).Conclusion:Both of No.Ⅱgranules of Cervical spondylosis and granules of Jingfukang can improve the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery (Dampness obstructing network card)about the main symptoms and signs, symptoms, blood viscosity and blood velocity. No.Ⅱparticle of cervical spondylosis have the better effect than the control group of Jingfukang. Both groups with higher security. |
