Clinical Observation Of Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis With The Combination Threatment Of Hydrosun Light And Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis with the combination threatment of Hydrosun light and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. For the scores of cervical vertigo and TCD datas as observation indexes, to explore the comination therapy of Hydrosun light with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is an effective method for treatment of CSA. It’s proved a effective way to treat CSA, safe and comfortable.Methods:Patients with CSA came from the outpatient department of rehabilitation center of Jiangsu Province Hospital on Integration of Chinese and Western medicine. The60patients were selected into the standard of the CSA study and randomly divided into3groups:Hydrosun lignt group(group A), traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group (group B)and the combination therapy group(group C). Each group has20cases in it. Patients in group A were threated with Hydrosun light. Patients in group B were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Patients in group C were treated with the combined therapy.10days for a course of treatment,1time a day,erevy time in30minutes. After2coures of treatment,the curative effective of3groups was assessed by TCD datas and the scores of symptoms and functions.Results:(1)There were no statistically significant differences in general datas before the treatment, such as gender, age, courses of disease, symptoms, TCD(P>0.01).(2)After treatment, all the TCD datas and scores of symptom and function were improved by statistics analysis (P<0.01).(3)After treatment, group C was much better than the other two groups in the TCD datas and scores of symptom and function by statistics analysis (P<0.01).Conclusion:The experiment adopts the combined therapy with Hydrosun light and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, which significantly improves sympotoms and functions. At the same time, it can also affect both the vertebral-basilar artery blood flow and the brain’s blood supply. Therefore, Hydrosun light plus traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is a curative effective treatment to the patients with CSA, which is a good integration of Chinese and western medicine.
