Treatment Of The HouPo Exhaust Medicament Early Postoperative Intestinal Paralysis Clinical Research

Objective:Early intestinal paralysis after operation is one of the complications in= general surgery operations and its treatment has important significance for the recovery, prognosis especially aged patients. At present, there are various drugs to promote gastrointestinal movement and in this field Chinese traditional medicine gaines more and more attention. The objective of this research is to value the effect of HouPo exhaust medicament for treating early-occurred paralytic ileus after Anorectal operation except for gastrointestinal anastomosis to promote patients gas.Methods:Taking one-blind, random and control research method, 48 patientsmatching the research needs with early-occurred paralytic ileus after Anorectal operation except for gatro intestinal anastomosis was halved to two groups which were administrated with HouPon exhaust medicament and Cisapride respectively.The symptoms and signs such as windy, intestinal sound and defecation before and after the drug administration were observed and valued according to the judgment standard for clinical effect.Results:The result indicates that HouPo exhaust medicament can advances the intestinal sound recovery and anus gasing and has definite effect for early intestinal paralysis after operation.Therefore, it can be used for patients with early-occurred paralytic ileus after Anorectal operation except for gastrointestinal anastomosis Gastroenteric motivity.Conclusion:HouPo exhaust medicament can promote the recuperation of the function of patient after the operation and shorten the exsufflation time.
