To exert theChinese traditional medicine advantage in treating original diseases and explore newavenues in combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, thisresearch was conducted with HouPo exhaust medicament .This research wascompleted under the guidance of professor Li Naiqing and accessory professor CaoYu.The research observed and therapys the intestinal function of 435 patients afterabdominal operation except for gastrointestinal anastomosis during 24 hours.at thesame time,we compared the HouPu exhaust medicament to the Cisapnile ,the resultis that the HouPu exhaust medicament can shorten the exhaust time after operation. Themaster herb is still HouPu, but DaHuang substitutes for Mu Xiang , and ZhiShi ,DaHuang are assistant herbs. The objective of this research is to value the effect of HouPo exhaustmedicament for treating early-occurred paralytic ileus after abdominal operationexcept for gastrointestinal anastomosis to promote patients gas . Random andcontrol to positive medicine research method , 435 patients matching the researchneeds with early-occurred paralytic ileus after abdominal operation except forgastro- intestinal anastomosis was seperate two groups ,One is HouPo exhaustmedicament that have 327 cases and the other is Cisapnile that have 108 cases . Thesymptoms and signs such as windy , intestinal sound and defecation before and afterthe drug administration were observed and valued according to the judgment standardfor clinical effect. The result indicates that HouPo exhaust medicament can advancesthe intestinal sound recovery and anus gasing and has definite effect for early intestinalparalysis after operation. Therefore,it can be used for patients with early-occurred paralyticileus after abdominal operation except for gastrointestinal anastomosis. |
