Red Culture Construction Research Under The Perspective Of Socialist Core Value System

With the accelerating pace of cultural globalization, culture as one of the key factors thatcondensed national values identity, its status and role in the comprehensive national strengthcompetition is becoming increasingly prominent. However, the cultural security is related tothe security and development of the road and system with Chinese characteristics socialism.In 2011, the communist party of China’s sixth plenary session of the seventeenth centralcommittee made an important strategic plan that regard the construction of socialist corevalue system as the key to promote the prosperity and great development of socialist culture.But there are still many problems in the field of cultural construction. Especially theconstruction of advanced socialist culture, it has a long way to go.As we all known, the red culture was born in the new democratic revolution, its corecontent embodied in four aspects: the truth in principle of Marxist, the lofty ideal ofcommunism, the spirit of historical creation and moral character by Communist. With thepractice of continuous development among the socialist revolution, construction and reform,the red culture has always maintained its advanced nature, times and practice. In the currentera of red culture, it not only inherited and developed the advanced ideological concept ofvalue in modern times , but also absorbed the culture of the times’advanced elements thatcreated by masses of people in each period of the socialist revolution, construction andreform. The red culture has become a distinctive flag of advanced socialist culture and a maincarrier of socialist core value system. Therefore, to strengthen the red culture construction canprovide to the education of socialist core value system with rich cultural resources. And then,to create the effective way of the socialist core value system construction. Last, for thesocialist culture construction with Chinese characteristics to cultivate the culturalconsciousness that we should have.So, to strengthen the construction of red culture, we must first construct the long-termlinkage mechanism of the government, schools, community to promote the red cultureconstruction jointly, and to form a powerful force of the red cultural construction; secondly,we must strengthen the research and development of the red cultural resources, to tap andorganize the red culture resources on various periods. Especially to mine, publicize andpromote the advanced character, deeds and other red cultural resources reflect theembodiment of the essence of red cultural values on all fronts of socialism construction withChinese characteristics in the new period. At the meantime, it through artistic creation, artisticperformances, industrial development and other forms to convert these resources into thebasis of people’s spiritual and cultural life; thirdly, to strengthen publicity education of the redculture, we should be in particular to pay attention to play the new communicationtechnologies, means of communication under the support of high-tech to put the red culturaleducation into the school education, the construction of party and the people’s spiritual and cultural lives; finally, to strengthen the construction of red culture foundation, we need toguide the integration of red culture resources by the scientific development view; and we alsoneed to use the red cultural tourism circle to promote the intensive development of the redcultural construction. Then, the socialist economic, political, cultural, social and ecologicalwith the red culture construction are organic and harmonious unified.This paper studies on the red culture construction of the new period, especially it hascertain direct effect to the regions of red culture construction. It is helpful to the prosperousdevelopment of the red culture; what’s more, it pushes forward to the construction of socialistcore value system.
