Robert Schumann is one of the mid-nineteenth century European Romanticmusic schools, the most original characters, the German music of known as the"leaders of the German Romantic" and "the greatest musical poet". His original pianodeveloped to the extreme, piano divertimento genre, and become a very precioustreasure of the piano literatur.Achille-Claude Debussy is the end of the nineteenth century to early20thcentury European music landmark in the history of an important figure is theoriginator of the French Impressionist music, modern music of the20th century tocreate a character. His bold innovation, and tap an unprecedented piano sound andcolor, to open up the microscopic world of the piano.Different periods of the two composers in music history has a significant place insome areas, they are irreplaceable significance and historical status.Schumann"Kinderszenen" and Debussy "Children’s Corner" to paint a portrait, write things,Love in piano pieces piano divertimento, these sketches have been given in the texttitle, both independent and intrinsically linked.In this paper, through to Chuqian analysis of these two works to understand theirunique musical style and feel the artistic charm of the piano. Paper the main body isdivided into three parts to discuss: the first part describes the characteristics of thetimes and the composers life, by understanding the historical background and life, adeeper understanding of the musical styles of the two composers.The second partpresents Schumann "Kinderszenen" and Debussy "Children’s Corner" pianodivertimento, to analyze the purpose and significance of its creation, and from themelody, harmony, rhythm and tuning musical form several creative background andtext title aspects of analysis of their unique musical vocabulary.The third part analyzesthe playing techniques and the use of playing skills, sound, touch keys and pedals toexpand research, and strive to fully correct interpretation of the work and play.
