This thesis aims to analyze the content validity and the construct validity of level2consecutive interpreting test of CATTI. The research is based on the review offormer studies on the communication communicative language testing theory appliedin interpreting and a detailed sample analysis. The author analyzed the test papersfrom2003to2012, and concluded that this test is of high construct validity andcontent validity, and the construct validity grows higher. However, it still possesses itsdemerits and thus needs to be improved. This research focuses on the validity studyon the level2interpreting test of CATTI, hoping to provide some reference for theimprovement and standardization of CATTI. |
