A Study On Moral Paradoxes

With the development of society, the moral paradox is getting more attention andresearch scholars. Moral Paradox is a special class paradox, many years of researchshows that it can not just do a simple judgment. A single moral paradox is not aparadox, a series of ethical issues related to the paradox in general. Moral paradoxinvolved not only logic, but also research involved cross-ethics, law and otherdisciplines. Foreign logic and ethics circles for more than a moral paradox covered,and achieved fruitful results, which is much debate. The study of moral paradoxdomestic scholars in philosophy and ethics are more rarely used to study logic,particularly logical tool to solve paradox, it is rare.This paper studies the sort of a moral paradox, the definition of moral paradox,contradiction attribution were elucidated. The first issue is the moral issue of moralparadox, the paper theory of moral philosophy and moral paradox elaborated,including utilitarianism, absolute morality, justice doctrine. This paper makes detailexplains for some typical moral paradox, as trams and time bombs. The final chapter ofthe article uses the logical tools to do the moral paradox solving job, the solution wasanalyzed, involving paraconsistant logic, logic, etc. minimal moral obligation logicalparadox methods. The purpose of this paper is mainly logic and other subjects toanalysis of the moral paradox, hoping to find a suitable way to solve the moral paradox,and hope to provide a reference for future research.
