Researches On Theoritical And Practical Mechnisiam Of Moral Paradoxes

Over the past dozen years,researches on moral paradox have showed themselves in domestic academic circle.It is by means of those analytical tools provided by philosophy,logic,ethics,and law,moral paradox as a material problem has come into the eyes of more and more people.In the meantime,research on moral paradox involves fundamentally the soundness of findings from philosophy of morality,such as achievements and shortcomings of utilitarianism.Before its status as a serious topic,however,all kinds of dilemma on moral actions are ubiquity and discussed seriously.It is a short time from the existence of the concept of moral paradox,but the relevant research has a rapid development.For one thing,the research has advanced the development of relevant subject;for another thing,researches on moral paradoxes have showed an important significance in reality,which has a great impact on present theoretical system of ethics.What will show in this article are on the basis of researches in many past years.Three problems are discussed in it.The first one is about the concept of moral paradox.On the basis of research of logical paradox,the distinction between deontic paradox and moral paradox are presented from the angle of “three elements”.The second one is the mechanism of moral paradox,that is,the source of them.The essence as “paradox-like action dilemma” of moral paradox is clarified through the analysis of typical moral paradox and ascription of contradiction.The third one is to analyze the solution for moral paradox and methodology of this solution in general sense.Moral dilemmas in reality are investigated not by way of any model,but some distillation of real life.Comparative analysis and balance of history and logic are applied through the whole text.The points of author will be clarified by an equal conversation with representative writers.How to solve moral paradox will be showed by analyzing most important ethical theories.
