According to the National Education Reform and Development of Long-termPlanning Programs, the improvement of quality is the core task of higher educationdevelopment, and also is the basic requirements for the construction of power whosestrength is higher education. In the learning environment of modern society, thequality of education is the lifeline of higher education. Efficient classroom teaching isthe key to achieve the training of high-quality, high-diathesis person.The part of classroom teaching is closely related to its effect. To optimizeclassroom teaching is to rationalize and scientize every parts of it. In the process ofclassroom teaching, the only way to optimize classroom teaching and improveteaching effect is to In-depth analysis every teaching part and solves existed problems.The only mode to guide teaching practice is to study the optimization of classroomteaching. Because it contribute to make teacher reflects their teaching works, findways to improve teaching initiatively, take example by successful teachingexperiments, make efforts to improve professional skill and teaching ability, andachieve continuous improvement of teaching quality in the process of standardizeteaching objectives.This paper analyses the literature about optimize classroom teaching in abroadby the method of literature research. Use the theory of educational technology as thebasic theory of this study, adopt the teaching fettle in University of Foreign LanguageReading class as the entry point, collect the research data through the way of studentsurvey and teacher interview, use educational statistical tools to make quantitativeanalysis, then put forward the main problem existed in parts of classroom teaching. Inview of the issues on teacher’s poor ability in computer application, this paper comeup with several corresponding strategies such as carrying out various kinds ofschool-based training, establishing perfect incentive mechanism, setting upinformation technology spectrum and so on. This paper also propose to enhancestudents’ autonomous learning awareness and ability by create a supportive studyingenvironment and understand the students’ learning style and the like, to improve the lack of interaction between “teaching” and” studying” by set up problem oriented,“dialogue-listen” and so on, to strengthen the teachers’ information literacy bypromote the ability to acquire, process and utilize information.The study of this paper is based on empirical research of classroom teaching,which quantitative analysis has higher confidence, and the corresponding strategiesconcluded by qualitative analysis are universal and feasibility. The study results havea certain reference value and function on optimizing classroom teaching andimproving teaching effect. The optimization of classroom teaching and improvementof teaching effect is an important issue in the field of educational technology, whichremains to need further in-depth study.
