Livingceramic based on interesting design, can not only meet the practical and aesthetic functions,but also give users an interactively sensual pleasure and satisfied emotion, so it is more andmore popular in modern life.Creative practice of domestic living pottery is ahead of the theoretical research, becausetheory of life ceramic basically is in the initial state. Visible materials mostly relate to theexistence and development of living ceramic, the lack of theoretical study ofregional,combined with the design life of living ceramic Guangdong area of less research.Guangdong is the "South Gate", a unique regional culture which has a long history, adistinctive folk culture and tradition of foreign trade. Guangdong is also the forefront ofChinese reform and opening up, so the progress of era reveals profound connotation ofGuangdong people who advocate nature, love life, and have open mind. Therefore, based onGuangdong human feelings and social environment factors, the discussion of life art designwill be of important significance.In this research, firstly, sort out the range of living ceramic design life of Guangdongarea, and analyze the influence factors of appealing design from three aspectsGuangdong ceramics, folk culture and foreign trade. And then through shapes, colors,decorations, materials and functions describe interesting design applications in Guangdongceramics in the form of life. At the same time investigate, in order to obtain users’ cognitionsof Guangdong living ceramic design life, and on this basis to explore the interesting design inGuangdong life application and development prospect of art. Finally, according to theresearch, combine with theoretical knowledge of art design, folk culture and other aspects ofthe design life of the Guangdong life ceramic art creation based on the practice, this process iscombed, extraction and application of the research results. Through this study, we can realizethe role and significance of interesting design application in Guangdong life art, in order toprovide a theoretical basis for the use of interesting design in the regional living ceramic inGuangdong, to supplement daily life pottery creation and theoretical research results, and topromote positively the development of Guangdong living ceramic design.
