The junior school period is a special and conflict one in which the body and minddevelops fast and the turmoil,conflict and crisis frequently appear.Just because of this, theproblem behavior of junior students happen more frequently and the detection rate is higheryear by year.All of these hinder junior students from healthy growth and development.Besides, the problem behavior can not only lead to malaadaptive phenomenon in adulthoodbut also to violent crime after adulthood.In spite of more emphasis on the problem behaviorof students by state and researchers and educators, the junior students behave moredisorderly and more diffucult to be displined.How to counsel,educate and transform theproblem behavior has become a rather urgent mission every educator faces. And as a macroworking method, school community intervention which bases itself on the comprehensiveperformance of junior students and combines with the environment background of theirdevelopment intervene among the school community and its members,moblizing andorganizing its members to learn self-help and mutual assistance for the development ofschool community, which means a lot to improving the problem behavior of students.The purpose of this study is to find the cause of problem behavior and analyse the needsof it on the basis of the recognition of problem behavior.Besides, in the direction of schoolcommunity it also aims to focus on the individual,family and school factors of problembehavior and make full use of existing community resourses to intervene in the problembehavior and then decrease the incidence of it. This study adopts the combining method ofqualitative research and quantative research.It makes a junior school in villages and towns asits intervening object and30students in a class of junior eight as its subject. There are foursstages of intervening: School community mobilization, school community diagnose,Schoolcommunity intervention implementation and school community intervention evaluation.By intervening, this study concludes the followings:the Experimental classes before andafter experiment indicate that:First, the whole scores of experimental students before andafter experiment on problem behavior differeniate a lot. So the intervention is significant.Secondly, compared with problem behavior before intervention, the detection rate of bothboys and girls decreases obviously but the problem behavior of boys is not totallyeliminated. Thirdly, after intervention the problem behavior of this class is on the normallevel of our country. However, the misconduct and problem behavior is higher than our country mormal level.According to the research results, this study concludes: the school communityintervention improved the overall condition of experimental class.But the school communityintervention did not make the problem behavior of boys lower than national normal level.
