Purposes:(1)Through the questionnaire survey to understand Liangshan Yi area junior middle school students on school violence incidence, and to analyze its ethnic, gender, class and school type differences.(2) Based on violent cognitive and emotional management theories to build a set of psychological intervention scheme, to psychologically intervene the subjects for nine times, and then through the post test to test if the intervention play a significant role in reducing school violent behaviors.Methods:(1) The baseline survey: use the Middle School Students Violence Behavior Scale(MSSVBS) to pretest the 538 subjects on school violence of the eight classes in selected two junior middle schools. Among them 493 valid questionnaires were collected and pretest data was used for the analysis of the status quo of school violence and to compare with measured data of aftertest;(2) The experimental intervention: adopt the experimental method to psychologically intervene the subjects, then use the same questionnaire MSSVBS to aftertest 519 people and recover valid 419 questionnaires,the test data is used to test the effect of the psychological intervention.Results:(1) School violence detection rate from high to low is witnessing school violence(98.4%), encountering school violence(95.7%), implementing school violence rate(92.9%). The detection rate is very high. And psychological violence incidence is much higher than that of physical violence. The detection rate of implementing school psychological violence(91.9%) is about 1.5 times of implementing the physical violence(61.4%); encountering school psychological violence(95.3%) is about 2 times of encountering physical violence(52.7%).(2) There was a significant difference between Han nationality and Yi nationality students in implementing physical violence, and Yi students are higher than Han students.And in the implementation of psychological violence, sexual harassment and violation of rights also exist significant differences, also Yi students both are higher than Han students.(3) There are significant differences of school violence behavior in the gender, class type and school type. Among them, boys are higher than girls in all kind of school violence, ordinary classes are higher than key classes in implementing and encountering school violence, and the county school is higher than the rural middle schools in witnessing school violence.(4) After the intervention of psychological experiment, experimental group subjects before and after the test detection rate have significant differences in the implementation of relational aggression, witnessing the suicide ideation and behavior, suffering relationship attacks, suffering the violation of rights, witnessing the relational aggression, witnessing abusive behavior, witnessing the extremely serious violence seven dimensions.(5) After experimental psychology intervention, in the control group, the mean scores of encountering psychological violence, witnessing psychological violence and witnessing physical violence were no significant difference compared with those of the pretest, but in experimental group, the mean scores in the three dimensions of school violent behaviors were significantly reduced.Conclusion:(1) The junior middle school students in Liangshan Yi area have serious school violence, and witnessing school violence is highest, and psychological violence is higher than physical violence. Although this is consistent with previous studies, the detection rate is much higher than the previous research results.(2) Among the junior middle school students, Yi is more likely to get involved in physical violence, sexual harassment and violation of rights than the Han nationality.(3) Among the junior middle school students, boys than girls, the general class students than the key classes of students are more likely to get involved in school violence, the county middle school students are more likely to witness school violence than rural middle school students.(4) Psychological intervention has played a significant intervention effect on the detection rate of relational aggression, right violation, suicide ideation and behavior and extremely serious violent behavior.(5) The experimental psychological intervention has played a significant effect in encountering psychological violence, witnessing the psychological violence and witnessing physical violence.
