Jobs are an important part of college students took to the community, but also the overallquality of students, especially the psychological quality of a test. In recent years, theemployment situation in China increasingly grim background, employment of collegestudents to become one of China’s most important social issues in question, the employmentsituation of university students has become the focus of attention. Since1999, with thevarious colleges and universities continue to enrollment, the growth rate of the number ofstudents is growing, employment of college graduates has become more severe forms,according to statistics in2010there were6.3million college graduates, the unemploymentrate was12%in2011A total of6.4million university graduates, the unemployment rate was17.5%. This means that each year about hundreds of thousands of college students do not finda job. Under the continuous enrollment in college, employment system reform graduatesincreases every year in the background, this paper studies the psychological characteristics ofcollege students seeking jobs and its impact on career choices, guide students to the correctcareer choice college career choices social values, career direction and the level of motivationand learning of college students, as well as job search success rate. found that college studentshave an adverse psychological job for many reasons, both social reasons, but also foreconomic reasons; both schools reasons, there are reasons for the employer; well as collegestudents own reasons. In this context, the psychological aspects of college students in the jobbecause of the pressure of mishandling there have been many adverse psychologicalphenomenon. These psychological phenomenon is bound to affect the future and even collegejob working life. Research papers by this group job psychology, research by seeking a jobanalysis study of psychological problems and psychological factors affecting college studentsseeking jobs on the mental health of college students seeking jobs, a full explanation of thecauses of these adverse psychological analysis of this group job psychological connotationsand problems, and finally from the community, employers, colleges and universities, studentsthemselves individually analyzed to find ways to solve the psychological problems of collegestudents seeking jobs, to arrive at a viable disposal program to help students in the job search process of physical and mental health as well as to establish the correct career outlook for theearly job success.
