The time-travel dramas in both countries have highratings, but South Korea drama has made much difference in the world scope. So thereare some specific analysis of Korean drama through the creation of artistic charm;Thirdly, time-travel dramas in both countries have their own merits., so the textsummarized the culture reasons behind the popular situation; Fourthly，this text made"Treading on Thin Ice "and "Rooftop Prince" as examples by horizontal analysis,analyzing the differences about the character image, plot setting and other aspectsbecause of the different culture background; Finally, the development of domestictime-travel drama was held up the bottleneck, but South Korean’s time-travel drama inthe TV market share has increased year by year.
