The Creation And Development Of String Serenade

The thesis studies the string serenade, taking the historicaldevelopment of strings and chamber music as a point of penetration, studiesstring serenade in the historical background of strings development.According to the social background and creation background of stringserenade, the personal experiences of composer, transformation of musicstyle, music genre and structure, the author has analyzed and compared thestring serenade in different periods.Because the amount of string serenade is scarce-only one or two worksin each period, we cannot define the creation skill and the characteristicsof the whole string serenade just by searching a single one work generally.Thus, we do some research on different historical object to obtain thecharacteristic of string serenade; meanwhile, in order to get acomprehensive understanding, we also analyzed the development of stringserenade, strings, chamber music and string quartet.The thesis can be divided into three parts, chapter one is the firstpart, which introduces the concept and develop history of serenade. Parttwo consists of chapter two to four, analyzed the most famous four stringserenade from creation background, musical form, harmony and orchestration.While analyzing the materials comprehensively, the author also states thedevelopment of creation characteristics, and summarized the compozitioncharacteristic and matters need attention of string serenade. Chapter fiveis the third part, which states the development of strings in our countryand the influence of western instrumental ensemble.
