From the rationality ofhuman material and spiritual level, put forward the principle “beneficialto human”, also from the awe and respect animal ecological integrity,stability, and beautiful,“promote ecological principle”. Further more，put forward and confirmed animal ethics about domestic animals,including pets, for eating, using, zoo animals, experimental animals andwild animals.
