"You（有）+VP" has appeared in our daily communicate life. Such as "Wo you kan guo (我有看过)""Wo you kan shu（我有看书）""Wo you he guo zhi（我有喝果汁）", we can find suchas "You（有）+VP" sentences everywhere. At the same time，" You（有）+VP" phenomenonhas attracted attention of the linguists. Many scholars believe that these sentences have entered Putonghua which will form a new grammatical phenomenon:exploring its origin, analyzing itsstructure, analyzing its semantics，investigating the its usage and so on. According to the latestcollection of hundreds of examples, this paper will be based on the existing research results toanalyze the characteristics of "You（有）+VP".This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter will introduce the research objectives, the scope,the target object of thispaper and the research status of “You（有）+VP". And this chapter will introduce the researchproblems of ideas and methods and the data source.The second chapter is absorbing the previous research of "You(有)+VP" sentences, focus onthe type of" You（有）+VP" sentences and the position of " You（有）+VP".The third chapter analyses the word“you（有）”in two aspects, namely the part of speech andmeaning which is an adverb indicating definite and past significance and so on.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the using of " You（有）+VP" restrictions that carried onthe analysis of Modern Chinese Verb Table, At the same time analyzes the complement of " You（有）+VP".The fifth chapter summarizes the "You（有）+VP" which has the unique grammatical function,and conclude the "You（有）+VP" restrictions in people’s oral communication. Roughly outline theusage of " You（有）+VP " in recent years which gradually being accepted by people.
