Brahms is extremely important as a19century Romantic period composers. He is the author of three violin and piano sonatas, which are not only important documents in the history of violin music but also broadly spread in the world. In this paper, by combining researches of" Third Violin Sonata in d minor " and analysis of the history of the violin sonata, the different violin sonatas creation by Brahms, Bach, Beethoven are identified and then both inheritance and development of characteristics in Brahms’s classicism period were illustrated; through both analysis of music with acquired experience from playing, in terms of the composer’s intention, emotional expression, etc, research both playing skills and cooperation with the piano on the basis of self playing experiences.
