The Song Dynasty Compared With Korean Women’s Property Inheritance

In this paper, property inheritance and property rights Sung Korea women as the starting point of "MingGongShuPanQingMingJi","The Penal Complex of Song","History of Korea" and other historical materials, the use of historical and dialectical research methods, by analyzing Song and Korea in Virgo right to inherit property; Song Koryo married women with inherited comparison dowry and her family property; Song and Korea widow remarried and did not remarry in two cases of property inheritance cases to illustrate the Song Dynasty and Korean women because different social habits, certain property rights under the constraints of the law, to analyze the Song Dynasty and Korean women to inherit property in the process of similarities and differences.In this thesis, property inheritance and Korean women’s Song compare, depending on the status of women, the text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, around the purpose and significance of domestic and international research developments, research methods and innovations launched three issues;Chapter II and Korea Song Vir inheritance comparison, focuses on three aspects, namely the Song Dynasty in Virgo woman in the room property inheritance system, the second is in the room woman Korean property inheritance system, the last of the Song and Korea in property inheritance room woman for comparison.Chapter Ⅲ compares the Song and Korea married women to inherit property, primarily by comparing married women on dowry ownership and disposition, married women of her family property inheritance rights both to further explore and draw conclusions.Chapter IV Song and Korea widow inheritance comparison, for this part of the population, this article will be divided into Shouzhi widow remarriage of widows and the two groups were compared, a comparative analysis of property and inheritance rights of the Song of Korea widow.Chapter V summary, based on the above analysis, summarized in the Song Dynasty women and women in Korea inheritance similarities and differences, come to the conclusion.
