Cultural teaching is always in a very important position during foreign language teaching. Some scholar even put forward that the essence of language teaching is cultural teaching. Due to different social environment and cultivation method, students with different culture background exist obvious discrepancies in learning behavior and beliefs, learning strategy which has been impacted by native language culture plays very important role in students’learning behavior and beliefs, students who are under native learning environment since their childhood will form characteristic learning strategy which is different with other counties. In that case, we should not only force on common features of Chinese learning strategy to students, but we should also know specific learning strategy used by students from different counties. Learning culture is belonging to teachers and students with different culture who will show different class expectation and behavior in the second language class, students choose learning strategy, which is largely impacted by their owned learning culture. To research learning culture of students with different culture background, it is helpful to know students’native language culture and choice for learning strategy when they are learning Chinese. This article takes180students who are learning Chinese from Rambhai Rarni Rajabhat University in Thailand as samples, and issue two questionnaire of learning culture and Chinese learning strategy, trying to use method of questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis to solve two main problems. Firstly, to summarize feature of learning culture of students from Thailand University and common Chinese learning strategies from questionnaire survey, to help Chinese teacher and volunteer in Thailand more comprehensive know students, in order to formulate Corresponding teaching mode. Secondly, comprehensive analysis the impact of learning culture of students in Thailand on their Chinese learning strategy, to prove the impact of native language culture for students on learning Chinese, thus reminding of people who are engaged in teaching Chinese to foreign that the native culture of students cannot be ignored, country-specific teaching should be put into practice as soon as possible. This article is divided into six parts, this first part is introduction, it main includes origin of topic selection and meaning, research target and content, research theory and method and etc. the second part is about literature and relevant problems, it main summarize and sort out the previous research and few clarify few related concepts, the third part is design, distribution, classification and statistic of learning culture questionnaire, the fifth part is comprehensive analysis the relationship between learning culture and learning strategy of students in Thailand and teaching strategy about teaching Chinese to students from Thailand, this sixth part is summary, to discuss research result and weakness in this time.
