Mask can be found in many country folk, dance, art, is a kind of cultural symbol.The gender mask as a kind of performance form appeared in the drama is alwaysindulge in elaborating on the problem of the public. Therefore, this thesis put the drama "genderperformance" and "Mask" factors together, through the research of the gender masklanguage on the drama on the stage, the drama performance of gender itself aesthetic,and expounds the traditional drama gender mask performance on modern drama"reverse string" performance and development, aesthetic value function, the gendermask mining drama performance in drama, and the gender mask performance foraesthetic inspiration of drama studies.This paper is divided into three parts. First of all, this paper tries to study thegender mask language drama on the stage, to explain the drama "the gender mask"definition, origin, performance theory, in order to deep mining stage "the gender mask"performance intention. Secondly, this paper analyzes the drama "the gender mask" form of expression and aesthetic, to explain the "contains the gender mask" show beauty.Finally, this paper elaborates the modern drama stage performances in the "gendermask" performance issues, in order to supplement the shortcomings in theory the gendermask language research community about the drama on the stage.
