The New Discovery On The Official Script’s Evolution

The research on the official script’s evolution is a hot topic in academic circles at present. The materials used to study concentrate on bamboo slip and silk and seal cutting from the Mid-warring states period to the Western Han Dynasty. We consider that this kind of research exists narrow perspective and the lack of system. There are two lightpots in this article. We make use of new materials to describe the official script’s formation and evolution from the end of ChunQiu period and the beginning of the warring states period to the Tang dynasty. They are made from a glyph table according to the time sequence. Furthermore, We explore how the simplified differentiation and the cursive hand model produce.The introduction part refers to the object、method、current situation and materials about the research. The main body includes two parts. In the first section, we conclude again the official script’s phases and characteristics, beyond that, we systematically comb the official script evolution process of the script in the first chapter,.In the second chapter, we analyze the forms of the Heterogeneous word in the warring states period and the similarities about the six countries’ words, we find the sound and the symbol tendency. In the third chapter, we analyze the frequently-used radicals in Chinese characters’s evolution from the seal character to the Official and Regular script, explore how the frequently-used radicals change regularly when they form Chinese characters. Once again, we illustrate the text phenomenon Related to the official script’s evolution such as Chinese character component deformation、common use and confusionsimplified differentiation and so on. In the forth Chapter, we systematically comb the evolution process of the Running、Cursive and Regular script. In the fifth chapter, we come to the reason and regular about the official script’s evolution, the value of the research on the official script’s evolution. In the second part, We takes advantage of all kinds of material about the seal character and the official script from the end of ChunQiu period and the beginning of the warring states period to the Tang dynasty. There are mainly inscriptions on ancient bronze objects、weapon inscriptions、XiYin、brick and tile、 bronze mirror、lacqure、inscriptions on pottery、the stone inscriptions in the hanwei jin dynasty、copybook in wei jin dynasty、the currency inscriptions、bamboo slip and silk、wood dozen. We choose400words from the above information and they are made from a glyph table according to the time sequence.
