After2000, with the rapid development of Taiwan’s documentary, lots of documentary swarm into theaters, and succeed in occupying the commercial exhibition market presenting its gorgeous "victory". But behind this success also exists many problems. Small investment, high yield and promising market prospect make Taiwan’s documentary increasingly the tendency of the commercialization, cater to the audience and the mainstream aesthetic taste, trend to entertainment, avoid social reality, crush on build a feeling of warmth moved consumption space etc.Based on Taiwan theaters of the achievements and problems of commercial documentary recently, the paper takes the new century Taiwan sports documentary as the research object, through in-depth analysis about the Taiwan commercial documentary, trying to present the problems of Taiwan business documentary specifically and find out its root cause. This paper includes three parts-------the first part from the perspective of narrative, analyzing the story narrative of Taiwan sports documentary; the second part through analysis the audio-visual language of these documentaries, presenting its entertainment tendency; the third part focuses on study the aesthetic style of these documentaries and combine with its external production relations and internal social history.
