Large numbers of Shang bronzes had newly unearthed in XinganCounty, Xingan County tomb as the typical representative of Wu Chengculture, only the ruins of San Xing Dui in Sichuan and Fu Hao tomb can becomparable with it.This paper first introduced the Xingan County’s natural geographicalenvironment, cultural background and local ancient technology, thencombined with the related backdrop, grasped their connotation andaesthetic fashion, finally summarized the full text by concluding power andaesthetic consciousness contain in their shapes and patterns.The bronzes’ shapes and patterns in Xingan County tomb are stronglyaffected by the culture in central plains. Some bronzes are similar to theimplements in previous Shang Dynasty, reflecting the Yinxu style, theXingan County tomb also unearthed many unique bronzes, such as Gui,Dou and false abdominal modelings, tiger shapes and patterns bronzes, etc.These bronzes not only contain the basic connotation of Chinese traditionalculture, embody the dominators’ power and status, but also show thedistinctive aesthetic consciousness in Xingan County, therefore, They’refull of historic, cultural and aesthetic values.
