The Research Of Value Changes During The Contemporary Period Of Social Transition In China

Since the reform and opening up, China’s political, economic, social, cultural andother aspects in the process of social transformation, great changes have taken place.Values as a kind of ideology, reflect the people’s life and social development, it willalso change and transformation. Values change, in relation to our country and theparty’s ideological and theoretical construction, but also related to people’s way of lifeand spiritual life. The change of the values in the process of the research, thetransformation of Chinese society is an important issue in the field of philosophy andsocial sciences, is also a hot issue of academic theoretical research in recent years.In this paper, on the basis of predecessors research, from the perspective ofphilosophy, back to the transformation of Chinese society and values change theorydiscussion, is helpful for people to grasp the change characteristics of social values,but also to solve the problem of all kinds of values so as to put forward the usefulcountermeasure and thinking, but also can provide certain theoretical guidance forpractical values.In this paper, in order to put forward the question, analyzing problems andproposed solutions to this problem as the basic train of thought, this paper is dividedinto three parts. The first part describes the changes in the concept of socialtransformation and value, respectively, of the social transition: change from thematerial level to the conceptual level; and the value and basic problem, interactivemechanism of social transformation and values: social existence determines socialconsciousness，social consciousness reacts on social existence. The second partexpounds rational analysis of changes of values of contemporary socialtransformation period value. Mainly analyzes the present situation of pluralisticvalues during the period of social transformation: Chinese traditional values, Westernvalues and socialist core values coexist situation, but also on China’s social transition period value of philosophy from four aspects, namely the value main body, valueobjective reality individuation, diversification and value choice relative value standard.Finally, analyzed the factors that influence the change of values. The third partelaborates the basic path of China’s social transition values reconstruction. Analysis ofChina in the social transition period should establish the system of socialist corevalues of science, and also sums up the basic ways of Values Reconstruction: tofurther promote the reform and opening up and social undertakings in the construction,the creative transformation of traditional values, and actively absorb the reasonableelements of value outlook and face up to levels of social values.
