The Study Of Optimizing The Configuration Of The Task Of Teaching Chinese Between Teachers With Chinese Nationality And Teachers With Thai Nationality

Along with the enhancement of comprehensive power, China has a great influencein the world, especially in Southeast Asia. Nowadays, there are more and more peoplein Southeast Asian who is willing to learn Chinese. Numerous International Chineseteachers and volunteers are working around the world to spread Chinese. Located closeto China, Thailand has established a good relationship with China since ancient times.According to the historical records, the first friendlycommunication between these twocountries can be traced back to the Sukhothai Period. With the continuous increasingquantity of Chinese immigrants, Chinese is becoming the largest number of ethnicminorities in Thailand, accounting for8.5%of the total population, which lays a solidsocial foundation for promoting Chinese. Officially introduced into the nationaleducation system of Thailand in1999, the education of Chinese language has beenspread rapidly in the primary schools and the middle schools. The number of Chineseeducation volunteers was more than1,500in the last three years in Thailand, with theincreasing number year by year. The country has the largest number of Chineselanguage education volunteers and best service system of Chinese education over theworld. However, there are various problems in the rapid development of Chineseeducation in Thailand at the same time. For instance, there is lack of reasonable workdivision between the teachers with Chinese nationality and the local Chinese teachers,resulting in the slow progress of the teaching work and the low efficiency. In this paper,the author would discuss how to optimize the configuration of the faculty to improvethe efficiency of Chinese education, after an analysis of the current situation ofThailand’s education.
