The Influence Of Maximalism Style On Patterns Design

Currently, under the multi-cultural social background, the rise of the fantasy trendin recent years has exerted a huge influence on the design of Maximalism style. Withthe emergence of the fashionable trend such as beauty, luxury, gorgeous, peculiarityand so on, Maximalism has come back to the view of the people. Taking the influenceof Maximalism style on patterns design as the main research content, this paperexplores the patterns design of romantic fantasy style influenced by fantasy trend andMaximalism style. Then through summarizing the development of Maximalism style, itexpounds the style and philosophy of Maximalism, and from the perspectives of thedesign and characteristics of Maximalism style, it discusses and analyzes the influenceof Maximalism style on patterns design. Moreover, this paper particularly elaboratesthe background and current status of romantic fantasy style patterns influenced byfantasy trend, analyzes and summarizes the performance characteristics and expressiontechniques of romantic fantasy style patterns, and then explores development prospectsof the design of romantic fantasy style patterns under the impact of Maximalism style.Through the design practice, this paper makes a trial on the design on the patternswhich possess unique beauty and decorative effects, explores new expression methodsof contemporary patterns design, and further provides certain practical basis for theinnovative design of romantic, fantasy style patterns.
