In twenty-first Century the face of "people-oriented""teacher led, studentas subject" education idea gradually win support among the people, theapplication of image thinking and promote the quality of teaching of thisproposition also entered the field of educational research. Although the specialsubject, vocal music, this proposition is very important. But in the real teachingin vocal music teaching, mostly only pay attention to training of singing,training neglected the effectiveness of vocal music teaching, the students canonly listen to teachers singing and from the teacher’s teaching language, tounderstand the sound principle and pondering the lyrics of the technique, it isdifficult to understand the connotation of music works, very difficult to create agood image of vocal music art. As Beethoven said "the music is not in thespectrum, and the spectrum between""singing is not interval scale, but to singthe inner meaning of music--Thoughts and feelings", to sing a good song, notonly need a solid basic knowledge of music and good sound condition, moreneed to use the thinking in image, will "with the language of music" set up,in-depth excavation of its inner meaning and emotion. Understanding of theworks should have a good habit of thinking and scientific thinking method. Theproper use of in singing teaching creative imagination and thinking in imageswhich be able to perform wonders of the scientific method, can stimulatestudents to taste perception works, percussion emotion, touched the hearts,activate their psychological ability of understanding, experience, cultivating theperfect aesthetic psychological knot songs. Students, so that students insinging experience, breeding process, the creation of beauty not only can singthe song, taught songs, better equipped to handle songs, continue to developthe thinking ability to create, update, more beautiful songs. A good singer,ability should be based on the subjective willingness to adjust freely changethe timbre sounding state and the creation of artistic songs. Imagination andthinking in images created psychological potential of this huge, once it hasbeen excavated, will become the art of singing great creativity.This paper is divided into three chapters: the first chapter discusses thecharacteristics of image thinking and thinking in images, and thinking of thestatus and image thinking in singing; the second chapter from the thinking inimages in the specific application of vocal music teaching and singing instarting, analysis of the domestic research status of shape of image thinking invocal music teaching theory thinking in images, as well as in the teaching ofvocal music in the word reading, breathing, voice, resonance cavity, teachstudents in accordance with their aptitude, emotional processing, singingemotion regulation and other aspects of the specific application; the thirdchapter discusses how to train and improve the image of thinking.
