In the process of implementing the fundamental task of teaching moral education,whether in general education or vocational education,ideological and political work is also becoming increasingly important in the overall teaching and learning process,and therefore,in this context,ideological and political education is no longer limited to the teaching of ideological and political subjects,but permeates all subjects.2019 saw the government put forward plans to implement reforms in vocational education and training,and also emphasised that Vocational education and training and general education are different types of education systems in China,and they play as important a role as general education.Therefore,for the better development of vocational education,it is necessary to comprehensively promote the construction of Curriculum Civics in various professional courses in secondary schools.This study adopts the theories related to the reform of the three educational systems and the course Civics as its support.By conducting a survey through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with teachers,it analyses the current situation of the course Civics of Vocal Music in secondary colleges and universities and the problems that exist,designs teaching examples and gives feedback on the effects,finds out the problems that exist in the current course Civics of Vocal Music and puts forward improvement measures and countermeasures.The author discusses how to better carry out the Civics education of the Vocal Music Course in secondary institutions under the background of the reform of the three education systems.The author discusses from six aspects.Firstly,it introduces the background of this thesis,the significance of the study,the literature review related to the study,the content and methods of the study,as well as the characteristics and innovations of the study.Secondly,the concepts related to the three parts of the theory of the three teaching reforms,the value of curriculum thinking and politics in vocal classes in secondary schools,and the organic combination of the three teaching reforms and curriculum thinking and politics in secondary vocal classes will be outlined.Once again,the research study on the course thinking politics of vocal music lessons in secondary colleges and universities in the context of the three educational reforms will be introduced,mainly through two methods: student questionnaires and vocal music teacher interviews.Fourthly,the feedback on the design and effect of the teaching lesson examples will be analysed.Fifthly,constructive suggestions will be made on the design and feedback on the effectiveness of the teaching case practice of the Civics and Politics of Vocal Music Course in secondary schools.Finally,a conclusion and future perspectives will be presented.
