| The occupational well-being, as an indicator of the well-being related with job of individuals withinorganizations, includes seven factors which are relationship, developmental prospect, welfare, job value,environmental grasp, self-acceptance, and autonomy.For the purpose of discussing the relationship between Occupational Well-being, Trait Anxiety andJob Performance via empirical study. This study investigated310persons working in a hospital, and theresult shows that:First, the reliability and validity of Occupational Well-being Questionnaire and Job PerformanceScale have achieved psychometrical requirements.Second, hospital workers different in gender, age, marriage, tenure, education background, jobcharacteristic have significant difference in their Occupational Well-being.Third, hospital workers’ trait anxiety has significantly negative influence on their occupationalwell-being’s each dimension; Hospital workers’ trait anxiety has significantly negative influence on theirjob performance’s each dimension; Job performance partly mediate the relationship between trait anxietyand occupational well-being.At last, the deficiency of this research is proposed with the notion for future research. |
