From the beginning of the mid-1970s, China has implemented the policy offamily planning around the country; most of the couples of child-bearing response tothe policy’s call to only have one child and they places hopes on them. However, dueto disease or accident, many couples suffered the misfortune-the early death of theironly children. We call the people over49years of age left childless after losing theironly child as” Parents Who Lost Only Child”. According to the survey, there are atleast one million families that lost their only children at present. Far more cruel isthat such family will add76000every year. For those parents lost their only onechild, they also lost their old-age support, even if they have pensions,they lost thelife care and someone who can comfort their spirit. While China’s one-child death ofa family for giving some financial compensation and assistance, but it is it is likespitting on a forest fire. Moreover Death-child family pension difficulties parentsmore reflected in the lack of human help and ethical aspects of care. So, Increasinglyapparent ethical concern for the needs of this group. Now China entered the agingrapidly, concerning about the pension issues and care needs of parents Who LostOnly Child is equally important. Therefore, from the ethical point for institutionalbuilding and research care initiative has a high theoretical and practical significance.Taking Care Ethics as a starting point, Select some for the study population. Aim atthe problems of the care and assistance, put forward some valuable initiatives. Thispaper consists of four parts:The first part introduces the definition of "Parents Who Lost Only Child"andtheir survival status and scale.The second part of ethics, sociology and psychology theories, combinedtheories of Chinese traditional culture. Determine the theoretical basis of who lostonly child groups ethical concern.The third part is based on reality, combined with the actual survey andinterviews to obtain first-hand survey results. From the perspective of people whogive care and be caring person. Exploring the ethical difficulties of succoring"Parents Who Lost Only Child" now exist in Jiangsu Province.The fourth part for a series of questions of people from Jiangsu Province Wholost their only child, revelation through the given perspective of ethics to solve the social problems.
