Beijing Hutong records about its development pace, it appears in the Yuan dynasty,it has great development during the Ming dynasty, Qing dynasty it became themaximum and then it gradually in the period of desolation,it has a qualitative leapforward until now, Beijing Hutong development deserve our attention,the protectionand inheritance of it are all paid attention gradually. In this background, the author willresearch the relationship between the non一material cultural heritage and BeijingHutong. Selected the Shichahai area as a research area to find problems and proposesome solutions. Papers from the six-part explains.In the past everyone brought Hutong first will thought of is quadrangle, buildingand some Humanities of culture, the non-material culture heritage often ignored bypeople.In this paper I will analysis the non-material culture heritage in the Hutong,through on status and its development so we can research,hopes can from another angleto awareness these priceless in Hutong, there by summary out now on some insufficientand some protection situation of non-material culture heritage,then to found its culturevalue and the exists way they had of these non-material culture heritage, Trying tosummarize a number of protective measures and methods, combed a number ofcountermeasures, to protecting and preserving traditional cultural heritage. The first isstatic protection, and the second method is the dynamic performance protection, the lastone is public participation.
