Study On Story Content Of American And Japanese And Chinese Animated Film(2000-2014)

In recent years, with the development of global economy, the great impetus of cultural industry to the development of the economy has begun to show, the animation industry as an important part of the cultural industry began to receive more and more attention and concern. The rise of the animated film industry in developed countries has fully demonstrated the unlimited potential of animated films. Animated film industry in the United States, Japan, as the representative of the developed countries, not only has made outstanding contributions for the economic development of the country, but also enhance its soft power and cultural influence in the world, by contrast, as for the development of China’s animation film, there is still a long way to go. This article focuses on the United States, Japan, China’s animation film from the perspective of the story telling, the analysis includes the expression of values, molding of relationship as well as the emotional tone style. Through this article we meant to provide the deficiencies of storytelling and provide the theoretical guidance for domestic animation. And research on animated story content can fill an important missing part on the study of home and abroad. Meanwhile, excellent animation story content can impart advanced culture and heritages, promote the formation of social core value system. Animated film as a cultural product, bear in the course of its propagation in a certain social function, animated films from different countries will have different political backgrounds and political intentions; it is also in the process of selling as to promote the economy; for the society, the animated film also serves for entertainment, learning culture norms, and other functions. This paper can help unveiling the social functions of animated film. Today animated film has become an emerging cultural industry, with huge economic function and cultural significance. Our animation industry is in a period of development bottleneck, the storytelling system is highly responsible. Finally, by comparing the story content between United States and Japan, we can give some scientific suggestions for our domestic animation film.
