After China entered the aging society, the health problems of the elderly have been paid more attention. With the increasing age, the physical function of people began to appear varying degrees of recession, such as the decline in cognitive function. And the most obvious decline is in memory. Studies suggest that memory loss is related to increasing age, besides, and one part of which also use the best strategies related to learning and memory. Studies have shown that the elderly people can improve their memory by learning effective memory strategies training. In addition, the researchers noted that attention, memory control beliefs and aging attitudes also have an impact on memory abilities of the elderly. A high level of attention and memory control beliefs as well as a more positive attitude towards aging will increase the memory capacity of the elderly. So this paper to the elderly as the research object, using questionnaires, experiments intervention to study the effect of hybrid of intervention which combines with cognitive restructuring and memory training strategy for the memory, memory control beliefs, aging attitudes of the aged. And examine the following two aspects:(1) The relationship of attention, memory control beliefs, aging attitudes and memory abilities.(2) The impact of cognitive restructuring training on memory abilities of the elderly.Conclusions:① Attention, memory control beliefs, aging attitudes correlated significantly withmemory.② Attention, memory control beliefs, aging attitudes predicted the memorycapacity significantly.③ Memory capacity had significant differences in health status.④ Memory control beliefs and aging attitudes were significantly different onhealth. Aging attitude had a significant difference in the home sources.⑤ Cognitive restructuring intervention based on memory control beliefs and agingattitudes combined with memory strategy training or simple memory strategytraining interventions can enhance the memory capacity of the elderly. ⑥ The effect of improving the memory, the hybrid intervention is superior to asingle memory intervention strategy. ⑦ Cognitive restructuring interventions can improve a sense of control of thememory and the aging attitudes of the elderly.⑧ The memory ability of the elderly is reversible, and can be improved byappropriate training.
