A Study On The Promotion And Remove System In Qin And Han Dynasties

During Qin and Han Dynasties,the Promotion and Remove System of officials was closing together with the Officialdom Enters System,creating the "enteringâ†'promotingâ†'removing" movement of officials, the diversity of the Promotion and Remove System decided the multiplicity of the Officialdom Enters System.Through the study of the officials’promotion and remove in Qin Dynasty,we can know that during this period,the officials’way of promotion and remove was relatively simple,but some institutional content had been appeared,some fitting principles between central government officials and local officials had been produced.Han Dynasty inherited the content and form of Qin Dynasty’s Promotion and Remove System,and they aggressively innovated on a wider range of forms and means.Finally, the Promotion and Remove System became more complex.
