Analysis The Aria Of Heroine Character Portrayal In The Opera "La Fille Du Regiment" And "Mulan Psalm"

Opera is a comprehensive art, it produced in Italy in the early 17 th century. After centuries of spread and development, its artistic charm gets more and more recognition and welcome from audience. "Opera plot of artful structure, general character as its source of inspiration", Ju Qihong wrote in his book “Outline of the Opera Aesthetics”. Character, as it were, is one of the important factors, may be the key to the success or failure of the opera. Opera aria not only embody character but also depict the psychology of the character, it acts an important reference to the image shaping, has a important basis on analysis of the character depicting. This article selects the two girls "separation" and "love" three aspects of "complex" expounds on its character and comparison.Discussed in this paper, four chapters: the first chapter of character are summarized from three aspects, surrounding the definition of "personality"; "Personality" with the environment, time, the relationship between culture and the significance of "personality" in opera. The second chapter mainly introduces two operas creator and creation background and plot outline. Through the definition and related contents of introduction of the first two chapters, chapter three in two opera actress Mary and Mulan from drama,and music analysis and comparison are made on the two aspects. On the one hand, from two aspects of music and drama, carries on the comparison to the character of the heroine in two opera; On the other hand, the superficial summarized from the aspects of opera creation, provide the reference for us to appreciation and singing opera works.
