This paper is aimed at discussing Heidegger’s philosophy and aesthetics from the angle of the thought of "Dui Sheng". The name and connotation of "Dui Sheng" derive directly from the professor Zhang Xianglong’s research of Heidegger’s philosophy. Besides, it absorbs the connotation of "dialogue" and "marginal" that was advanced by the professor Teng Shouyao. However, this thought in fact generally exists in some philosophies at all times and in different countries. Distinction between the thought of "Dui Sheng" and binary opposition can reveal that the thought of "Dui Sheng" overcomes binary opposition and cause a real dialogue between the thought of "Dui Sheng" and Heidegger’s philosophy, which brings a clear interpretation of Heidegger’s philosophy.Heidegger had been examine minutely the question about being, his philosophy is full of the thought and way of thinking of "Dui Sheng". First of all, in being and time, the meanings of "Dasein" and "world" and their foundation construction directly show the construction of "Dui Sheng" between "Dasein" and "world". The double structure of Entwurf and geworfen which hides in Heidegger’s thought and is more original than the triple structure of Sorge or time more directly reveals the construction of "Dui Sheng" of "Dasein". In Heidegger’s "being-towards-death", understanding and analysis, for "Dasein", it can be seen that being and death are not diametrically opposed to each other. Heidegger integrated being and death in his interpretation of "Dasein" and completely cleaned up Vorhandenheit of being and death. At the later stage, Heidegger’s philosophy is obviously full of the thought and way of thinking of "Dui Sheng". The meanings of many key words of his later philosophy have the meaning of "Dui Sheng", especially "Ereignis" which occupies the core position in his later philosophy. Lastly, Heidegger pursued a way of formal indication when he expounded his thought, which is closely linked with his philosophy. However, this means of utterance cause great challenges to read and interpret Heidegger’s philosophical works, which require a generative way of reading and interpretation from the perspective of non-objectification. And more importantly, comprehending this way is a key to grasp his philosophy, such as hyphenating, cyclical utterance, round dance of words and so on.Heidegger’s philosophy is full of ideas and ways of "Dui Sheng", and from the angle of the thought of "Dui Sheng", Heidegger who ask what is being at all the time made a completely new interpretatio of works of art beauty, aesthetic and aesthetic state. In this process, Heidegger not only emphasized the being of art works, but also integrated beauty and truth and integrated the body and mind of aesthetic subject. More importantly, he broke framework of subject and object of traditional aesthetics and revealed the fontal integration of subject and object of the being of art works, beauty and aesthetic. It is worthwhile to note that all Heidegger’s aesthetic breakthroughs are not inseparable from the thought of "Dui Sheng".
