Management of Army by Chen Duke is one of bamboo slips with 519 bites in The Chu-Dynasty Bamboo slips of warring states collected by Shanghai Museum (Vol.9)(Here in after referred to as "Shanghai Museum 9"), which consists of tweleve bamboo slips. It narrates that Empire Chu command Chen Duke to help the person in charge who has to clean up all the soldiers. Chen Peifen collated in first in Shanghai Museum. Since it was published, many scholars have been interested in discussing it. The studies mainly related aspects such as the study and explanation of the characters, bamboo slips editing and the significance of history. Now we collect all the interpretations of scholars from this circles and prepare to compose the collection of interpretations of Shanghai Museum (Vol.9) & Management of Army by Chen Duke.On the basis of a comprehensive sort of text on each argument,we interpretate its characters, words, sentences and the order of the bamboo slipsintegratedly and comprehensively.we discuss relevant names, battles, allusions and other issues related to this article.we strive to clear the context and propose some new views on error interpretation or no interpretation.Thus,we desire to achieve a breakthrough on the basis of previous studies and provide a reference for future researchs.
