In this era,position of the ocean is rising,“maritime power” is expected.Islands are the spacious platforms of ocean,problems of islands are one main problems of developing ocean economy,disposing of islands problems well is the basis of developing ocean economy. Under the grand goal of “building a beautiful China”, study on the value analysis of villages with traditional culture of islands is important scientific basis of building beautiful islands according to the principles of “to its dross, select the essence”.To fully cognize villages with traditional culture of islands, we try to build evaluation system of villages with traditional culture of islands from the analysis of the value of social culture、economic resources、traditional architecture and tourism planning, by the science of practice, based on the analysis of values of villages with traditional culture of islands. Increase theoretic reserve for pushing the goal of “two beauty of Zhejiang” put forward by Zhejiang province provincial party committee thirteen session of the five plenary session and the plan of Zhoushan new district “sea garden city”.Faced with new challenges about human settlement environment arise from the protection and developing of villages with traditional culture of ocean, think and provide relevant suggestions. We shall insist on the principles of people foremost,all people participates,under perfect management mechanism,strengthen party and administration push,positively develop villages with traditional culture of islands who are environmentally prior、quality stressed and characteristic.
