In this paper, through combing the Xu wei’s outlook on life and artistic view of Zhuang zi thoughts of composition, the internal factors in order to find the art works presented in the style of Zhuang zi.This paper is divided into three parts, the introduction, four chapters and a conclusion.The introduction part introduces the research status of this topic, and puts forward the research value of this topic and the research space.The first chapter, an overview of the theory of Zhuang zi upsurge’s generation and significant impact on the literati in late Ming Dynasty scholars, to show " adoration of Zhuang zi" is a social atmosphere, for Xu Wei’s " reverence of zhuang zi" phenomenon to provide real background of times.The research of this chapter shows that, Xu Wei has become a real " zhuang zi fan " is not as many researchers say just a personality, Xu Wei is addicted to zhuang zi has internal and external factors, ignore the impact of any one factor are one-sided.The second chapter, combined with the relevant literature materials, from the family and friends, under the influence and so on to tease out the course of Xu Wei’s fascination of zhuang zi,in order to show the dynamic of Xu Wei’s adoration of Zhuang zi. In this chapter,the purpose of the research is embodied in the next chapter of Xu Wei’s thought, personality, behavior, and artistic works in the zhuang zi.The third chapter, according to the written materials of Xu Wei, to tease out the components,existed in the view of life,literature and art about the thoughts of Zhuang zi. And to explore the thoughts of Xu Wei’s characteristics about Zhuang zi.Only through the study of Xu Wei inner thought of zhuang zi’s theory, in order to reveal profoundly the internal cause of the literary works of zhuang zi style.The fourth chapter, to study the various of Xu Wei’s existing poems, the opera works and other aspects of the form, in order to fully demonstrate the "worship of Zhuang zi". This paper tries to research the part of the Xu Wei’s overtones of zhuangzi from metaphysics to the inside out, showing the three-dimensional, unique style and discusses Xu Wei in the creation of the Zhuang zi under the influence of the works of art.The conclusion part, Xu Wei many seemingly be a wild legend’s words and deeds, has been the subject of some researchers misunderstanding.
