Since the new century, The Chinese Tibetan writer present prosperity of Chinese novel’s creation, the emergence of a large number of novel, injected new blood to the development of contemporary Tibetan literature, also offers a new aesthetic space for the contemporary literary world. This paper attempts to present new characteristics of the background literature in the new century as a starting point. Wise will be able to reproduce the Tibetan people live in different periods, the writing of the evolutionary traces of Tibetan history and culture, describes the national character, local characteristics, folk culture, natural landscape, exploring the spiritual beliefs of the Tibetan people, the emotional world of the novel literary style as the research object, in the narrative type as the research Angle of view and starting point, a comprehensive system to the new century Tibetan writer classifies the Chinese translation of Chinese novels, explains the different types of narrative shows the unique artistic style and aesthetic characteristics.This thesis consists of five parts, set concept, mentioned in some paper on the basis of the research status quo, summed up the contemporary Tibetan context and phase characteristics of the development of the Chinese novel; First chapter love-story narrative, by referring to the development status of mainstream literature, analysis of the new century the uniqueness of Tibetan writers love narrative and literary significance; Vernacular narrative, in the second chapter to the change of the relationship between urban and rural areas as the breakthrough point, summed up the Tibetan writer’s aspirations, in the central and western rural to urban, the binary opposition between the urban and rural areas, between urban and rural areas blend synchronic features, such as the possibility of shows the psychological change of ordinary tibetans and fate. Mysterious narrative, in the third chaptert, analyzes its characteristics, and further back behind the mysterious narrative, era and market economy context, as well as the Tibetan culture and so on of the most important factors that nots allow to ignore. Finally, the conclusion part points out that the overall pattern of Chinese literature since the new century and the era of globalization context, Tibetan writer should try to get rid of the other identity, breakthrough marginalized state, to undertake the important task of the construction of national culture, towards the world.
