Review the history of the long process of development, to realise, in philosophical discussions in the category of action, has been an important object of study. Many philosophers have thought about the philosophical concept, has created the concept of action. In twentieth Century, Hannah Arendt was a famous philosopher, the main direction of thinking is political philosophy. Her first defines the category of action of this philosophy, in her view, human nature can be reflected by the freedom of movement, at the same time it also can show the world, relevance, diversity, born of human, and human is an important basis of. In Arendt’s philosophy, the philosophy of action through all of its thought, the concept of action to contribute to a better understanding of the political and ideological. Arendt all to put forward the concept of action, in order to criticism in the past for the dedication in the history of western philosophy about life. With the help of their words and actions can act to show themselves, and with the help of tolerance and promised to come to the rescue. Based on Arendt’s definition of three basic living activities analysis, pointed out that these three activities is to determine the conditions for human survival, the survival of mankind cannot do without these three activities, these three activities is not only closely related, and there is a certain class distinction, and necessary conditions for existence of labour is the sufficient condition of the existence of human beings, work is the true, only the actions of people, this paper further elaborates the Hanna Arendt theory about action, analysis and Reflection on the modern human survival environment, in order to lay the theoretical foundation for our country’s construction of social.
