The Characters Of Western Sichuan Plain Landscape In Creation Of Chinese Paintinp

China is an extensive land, which has varied topographies and culture. Different topography has different landscape and human culture. The character of landscape is the key to influence the Chinese landscape painting. It’s difference leading to the difference of article style, even the different school of art.This article will choose the western plain of Sichuan province as an object of study. It will show that how regional feature influences its article style of its painting. The article will search its specific of the plain at first, which has luxuriant landform, plants and water resources. It has three features which are agricultural civilization, villleggiatura and hills. Then the author will chose three representative landscape painters and their works to analysis the influence of landscape to their painting. It will make a summary of their theme, layout, painting language and the character of nature and culture. In the third part, the author will analyse her own work which reflect the characters in western Sichuan plain.
